KIDPASTA

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Ryan Varner moved to the central coast in 2006. In addition to his new passion for wine (he is a tasting room attendant at Tooth & Nail Winery in Paso Robles), Ryan is an artist, better know in the art community as Kidpasta. The best way to describe his unique artistic style would be “abstract organic”, but it’s pretty hard to put a label on his diverse body of work that ranges from small scale origami sculptures and detailed pen drawings to much larger watercolor paintings and wall murals.

 

Ryan lives with his wife, three cats, and son in Atascadero, and you can catch him out in the backyard working in the garden on his days off.
